Ingredients
16 oz rotini pasta
2 medium-large tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
½ cup
Spice World Easy Onion
16 oz Italian dressing
8 oz sliced olives
8 oz mozzarella cheese block, diced
Instructions
Boil a large pot of water and cook pasta following instructions on box
Combine tomatoes, cucumber, Easy Onion, dressing, olives, and cheese
Mix in cooled pasta and gently toss
Refrigerate for one hour or more
