  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. Spice World Slammin’ Moroccan Spice Seasoning Blend
  • ¼ yellow onion, chopped
  • ¼ green bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. salt

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef with Spice World Slammin’ Moroccan Spice, chopped yellow onion, chopped green bell pepper, and salt.
  • Once combined, put the ground beef mixture in a loaf pan. Cover the top of the loaf with tomato sauce and bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until the loaf is thoroughly cooked.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and garnish with fresh oregano.
