Chili Turkey Burger

Made with Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ¼ cup fresh mint, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup bell pepper, finely diced
  • 4 strips bacon, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp Spice World Global Flavors™ Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch Cooking & Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper jack cheese, sliced
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • In a skillet, sauté red onion and bell pepper with Spice World Global Flavors™ Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch. Add in the diced bacon and sauté until just cooked. Take off heat and set it aside to cool.
  • In a bowl, combine ground turkey with fresh mint, dill, salt, and cooked veggie and bacon mixture. Mix well, and divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape into patties.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil, and cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Top with pepper jack cheese for the last 2 minutes of cooking, let melt and serve on a bun with your favorite toppings and condiments.
