Kickin’ Chili Cauliflower

Made with Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into large pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Spice World Global Flavors™ Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch Cooking & Seasoning Blend
  • ½ cup scallions, sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • On a baking tray, toss cauliflower with olive oil, Spice World Global Flavors™ Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch, and salt. Roast until cauliflower is tender, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Once roasted, toss with lime juice and green onions.
