Sizzlin’ Charred Steak Fajitas

Made with Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita
  • 1 lb steak
  • ½ cup lime juice, divided
  • 10 Tbsp Spice World Global Flavors™ Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita, divided Cooking & Seasoning Blend
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 5 tortillas
  • Marinate steak in ¼ cup of lime juice and 4 Tbsp of Spice World Global Flavors™ Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita. Roast or grill meat to the desired doneness.
  • Roast or grill bell peppers and onions with 4 Tbsp of Spice World Global Flavors™ Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita until tender.
  • For a cilantro lime cream, combine sour cream, 2 Tbsp of Spice World Global Flavors™ Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita, remaining ¼ cup of lime juice, and cilantro.
  • To serve, slice steak and top tortillas with meat, veggies, and top it off with a spoonful of cilantro lime cream.
