40 Garlic Clove Chicken
What’s not to love? Tender chicken and a rich, garlicky sauce make for a dinner that no one will forget. Don’t let the amount of garlic scare you!
Serves: 6
Total time: 1 hour, 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
3-4 lbs chicken, washed and cut into pieces
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp plus ½ cup extra-virgin olive-oil
4 Tbsp fresh rosemary
4 sprigs fresh thyme
40 large cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
1½ tsp salt & pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Coat the chicken with 2 Tbsp of olive oil, flip, and season the other side.
Heat the0 pan to medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp of butter.
Add chicken skin-side down, cooking for 5–6 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, add ½ cup olive oil, 40 cloves of Spice World garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Allow these to become fragrant.
Return the chicken to the pan. Cover and bake for 1.5 hours
Remove the pan from the oven and set it aside for 15 minutes with the lid on.
Serve with sliced and toasted baguettes.
