Air Fried Corn

Summer is in full swing and we got just the recipe for your corn fix! Each kernel is coated in a delicious spiced butter and ready to serve in minutes. The air fryer makes the corn perfectly crisp and juicy, it’s sure to be a family favorite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ears corn on the cob, prepared
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • Spice World Garlic
    2 Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
    2 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
    12 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
    12 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Coat the corn with half of the butter mixture. Place the corn in the air fryer until golden brown. Take it out and glaze it again with the remaining mixture.
  • Generously brush the spiced butter mixture on each corn cob. Once coated, place the corn in the air fryer basket and let it cook for 10 minutes.
