Garlic & Herb Marinated Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¾ cup white wine vinegar
  • Spice World Garlic
    3 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
    3 tsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
    6 garlic cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
    6 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, minced
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, juice
INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large zip-top bag, put in all the ingredients.
  • Remove excess air and seal the bag tightly. Massage the mixture around to ensure all the chicken thighs are coated with the marinade.
  • Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 4 hours in the fridge.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat, around 425 degrees F and grill chicken thighs for approximately 7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165 degrees F.
  • Let the meat rest for 10 minutes and serve.
