Garlic Shrimp Scampi

This rich scampi comes together quickly and features plenty of fresh flavor your family and friends will love.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Domestic Red Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 stick of butter
Spice World Garlic
3 tsp. Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
3 tsp. Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
6 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
6 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
12 oz. spinach
¼ cup pistachios, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh Basil, chopped
Romano and parmesan cheese, shredded
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste, upon cooked food

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in a large skillet, then add shrimp.
Add Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and pistachios, sautéing until the shrimp are fully cooked (the exterior should be pink and the flesh slightly opaque).
Serve, topping it off with the freshly shredded cheese.

NOTE: Want to impress your guests and impart even more flavor? Choose your favorite liquor (we recommend bourbon) and incorporate a flambé technique towards the end of cooking. Everyone will be amazed!
