In a small bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, and rice wine vinegar.
In a skillet, heat up canola oil over medium heat and add boneless pork loin strips. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and set aside once cooked.
In the same skillet, add Spice World’s Garlic and Spice World’s Ginger and heat up until fragrant. Bring the heat up to high and add in the sauce mixture. Once sauce starts to boil, toss the pork strips back in to coat and allow the sauce to reduce into a stick glaze.
