This ginger pork packs a ton of sweet, punchy flavors. The honey, Sriracha, and ginger complement one another, making this a flavorful dinner the family is sure to love.
Total time: 30 minutes
1 ½ lbs pork loin, boneless
½ cup honey
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp canola oil
Spice World Ginger
1/2 Tbsp Spice World Squeeze Ginger or
1/2 Tbsp Ready-to-Use Jar Ginger, minced or
1/8 root of Spice World Fresh Ginger, minced
Spice World Garlic
1 Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
1 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
6 garlic cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
6 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, and rice wine vinegar.
In a skillet, heat up canola oil over medium heat and add boneless pork loin strips. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and set aside once cooked.
In the same skillet, add Spice World’s Garlic and Spice World’s Ginger and heat up until fragrant. Bring the heat up to high and add in the sauce mixture. Once sauce starts to boil, toss the pork strips back in to coat and allow the sauce to reduce into a stick glaze.
