This sizzling Hashbrown Breakfast Skillet is sure to wake up those taste buds with some Spice World flavor. It’s savory, cheesy, and sure to be a winner at any breakfast or brunch. Now that’s what you call a breakfast of champions!

12 strips (¾ package) of bacon strips, chopped
5 Tbsp Spice World Easy Onion
1 green pepper, diced
1 package shredded hashbrowns (20 oz.)
5–6 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, sliced
Add chopped bacon to a large pan over medium heat, allowing it to cook for 3 minutes or until the bacon begins releasing fat.
Stir in green pepper and Spice World Easy Onion, seasoning with salt and pepper. Continue cooking the mixture for an additional 4-5 minutes until the pepper is soft and the bacon begins to crisp.
Discard half the bacon grease, then stir in the hashbrowns.
Cook hashbrowns uncovered for 7–10 minutes until the bottom begins to turn golden. Flip hashbrowns
Make 5–6 holes in the hashbrowns, then break an egg into each space. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cover the pan and cook on low for an additional 10 minutes.
Uncover and remove from heat. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
