Lemon and Garlic Shrimp

This recipe requires almost no planning - all you need to do is pick up the shrimp! Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and you’re set for a fresh and zesty entree that’s sure to impress.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb shrimp, deshelled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Spice World Garlic
    2 Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
    2 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
    12 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
    12 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, finely diced
INSTRUCTIONS

  • Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • To create a marinade, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, and parsley in a bowl.
  • Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for no longer than 30 minutes. Make sure the shrimp are coated evenly. Refrigerate while marinating.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once heated, add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
