INGREDIENTS
1 lb shrimp, deshelled
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup olive oil
½ lemon, juiced
Spice World Garlic
2 Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
2 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
12 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
12 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp parsley, finely diced
INSTRUCTIONS
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
To create a marinade, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, and parsley in a bowl.
Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for no longer than 30 minutes. Make sure the shrimp are coated evenly. Refrigerate while marinating.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once heated, add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
