INGREDIENTS
Spice World Garlic
2 Bulbs Garlic, roasted and shelled
5 roasted red bell peppers
12 oz Montrachet Chevre goat cheese
6 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp thyme, fresh
2 Tbsp rosemary, fresh
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and white pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
To roast garlic, drizzle olive oil over Spice World Garlic bulbs, wrap with aluminum foil, and bake for 12 minutes in a 350°F oven. Allow the garlic to cool and remove the peel.
In a food processor, pulse the roasted garlic and red peppers until medium coarse. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until blended
