Sour Cream, Mushroom, and Easy Onion Chicken

This one pan creamy chicken dish will please everyone! Jam packed with ALL of the flavor!

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add olive oil and half of the butter to the pan and heat over medium-high heat until warm.
  • Add the chicken, cooking it for 5-6 minutes per side and set aside.
  • Decrease the heat to medium and add in the rest of the butter, mushrooms, and Easy Onion. Sauté until mixture is soft and browned.
  • Stir in minced garlic, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mix in sour cream until sauce is smooth.
  • Add the cooked chicken to the skillet, covering evenly with the sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley to finish.
