Pour oil into a medium saucepan on medium-high. Add cumin seeds and cook until they begin to pop. Stir in turmeric and cook until fragrant, 5–10 seconds.
Add Spice World Minced Garlic, Spice World Ginger and Spice World Easy Onion, and sauté for 15 seconds. Add onions and stir to mix all the ingredients together. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions begin to brown, 8–10 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, chili powder, and coriander. Lower the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer until a paste consistency, 8–10 minutes. Add potatoes and water, cover with a lid, and simmer until tender, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in peas, garam masala, salt, and pepper to taste.
