Bacon-Wrapped Garlic Knots

Add a twist to typical garlic bread with these dunkably delicious Bacon-Wrapped Garlic Knots! Complete with a buttery sauce made with Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, they are sizzling, bold, and hard to keep your hands off of.

Ingredients

  • Spice World Garlic
  • 1 roll of premade pizza dough
  • 16 oz bacon
  • 8 Tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out the premade pizza dough. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and 1 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Minced Garlic.
  3. Cut dough into ¼-inch wide strips.
  4. Place strips of dough on raw bacon. Knot the bacon and dough together, tucking in the ends. Repeat with the remaining dough and bacon.
  5. Add bacon knots to a lightly greased baking sheet, using a wire rack to elevate knots if available. Bake for approximately 20 minutes on the top rack.
  6. While knots bake, microwave butter in a small bowl until melted. Add Spice World Squeezable Minced Garlic and 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  7. Once the knots finish baking, remove them from the oven. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the knots.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top, and enjoy! Serve with the remaining garlic butter or marinara sauce for dipping.
