1 red bell pepper, sliced

¾ cup sour cream
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Marinate steak in ¼ cup of lime juice and 4 Tbsp of Spice World Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita. Roast or grill meat to the desired doneness.
Roast or grill bell peppers and onions with 4 Tbsp of Spice World Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita until tender.
For a cilantro lime cream, combine sour cream, 2 Tbsp of Spice World Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita, the remaining ¼ cup of lime juice, and cilantro.
To serve, slice steak and top tortillas with meat and veggies, and top it off with a spoonful of cilantro lime cream.
