Sizzlin’ Charred Steak Fajitas

Fajitas are an easy family favorite and the recipe is made even easier with Global Flavors Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita. Jalapeño, green hatch chili, and Guajillo peppers are sure to pack a punch and add so much flavor to this Tex-Mex classic!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak
  • ½ cup lime juice, divided
  • 10 Tbsp Global Flavors Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita, divided
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 5 tortillas

Instructions

  • Marinate steak in ¼ cup of lime juice and 4 Tbsp of Global Flavors Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita. Roast or grill meat to the desired doneness.
  • Roast or grill bell peppers and onions with 4 Tbsp of Global Flavors Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita until tender.
  • For a cilantro lime cream, combine sour cream, 2 Tbsp of Global Flavors Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita, remaining ¼ cup of lime juice, and cilantro.
  • To serve, slice steak and top tortillas with meat, veggies, and top it off with a spoonful of cilantro lime cream.
