1 head cauliflower, cut into large pieces
2 Tbsp Global Flavors Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch
½ cup scallions, sliced
¼ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
On a baking tray, toss cauliflower with olive oil, Global Flavors Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch, and salt. Roast until cauliflower is tender, approximately 30 minutes.
Once roasted, toss with lime juice and green onions.
