Ingredients
1 Tbsp coriander
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Squeezable Ginger
1 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic
½ tsp ground cayenne pepper
3 pounds chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated, patted dry
2 Tbsp vegetable oil or canola oil
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
1 ½ Tbsp Spice World Chili Onion Crunch Seasoning Blend
Garnish: chopped fresh green onions

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and place a rack over each tray. Spray the rack with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together coriander, salt, Spice World Squeezable Ginger, Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, and cayenne until combined. Add wings and toss until well combined. Drizzle with oil and stir until fully coated.
Place wings on baking sheets and cook for 45 minutes, turning halfway through.
In another large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and Spice World Chili Onion Crunch Seasoning Blend.
Once wings have finished cooking, toss until covered in sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
