Chili Onion Crunch Chicken Wings

Kick your wing game up a notch with our Chili Onion Crunch Chicken Wings. Tossed in a spicy, savory glaze with just the right amount of zing from Spice World Chili Onion Crunch, these wings are perfect for game day or any time you need a little heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp coriander 
  • 2 tsp kosher salt 
  • 1 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Squeezable Ginger 
  • 1 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic 
  • ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper 
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated, patted dry 
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil or canola oil 
  • ½ cup honey 
  • ¼ cup soy sauce 
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Spice World Chili Onion Crunch Seasoning Blend 
  • Garnish: chopped fresh green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and place a rack over each tray. Spray the rack with cooking spray. 
  • In a large bowl, stir together coriander, salt, Spice World Squeezable Ginger, Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, and cayenne until combined. Add wings and toss until well combined. Drizzle with oil and stir until fully coated. 
  • Place wings on baking sheets and cook for 45 minutes, turning halfway through. 
  • In another large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and Spice World Chili Onion Crunch Seasoning Blend 
  • Once wings have finished cooking, toss until covered in sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
