Instructions
Press tofu with a clean kitchen towel. Then, place the towel-covered tofu under a heavy object for around 15 minutes. After the moisture has been drained, cube tofu and then toss in cornstarch.
While tofu is being pressed, mix soy sauce, Spice World Chili Onion Crunch Seasoning Blend, Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a small bowl to create the sauce for the tofu; set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet at medium-high heat. Add pressed tofu and cook until the tofu is golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
Remove tofu and add sauce to the skillet until sauce begins to simmer, around 3-5 minutes. Add tofu back and mix with sauce, continuing to cook for 1-2 minutes.
