Follow the directions on the package to make the matzah ball mix.
Place the mixture in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes.
In a stockpot, heat up 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add in the Spice World Ready-to-Use Chopped Easy Onion and carrots, sweating them for about 5 minutes.
Add two and a half cartons of your favorite brand of chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
Once boiling, add ¼ teaspoon black pepper and dill weed.
Make tablespoon-sized matzah balls from the mix and drop them into the boiling liquid.
Turn the heat down to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Once it’s ready to serve, garnish with parsley and enjoy.
