2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
½ tsp ground cumin
Salt to taste
2-3 Tbsp water
½ tsp smoked paprika for garnish
Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Combine tahini and lemon juice in a food processor. Process for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl and process for an additional 30 seconds.
Add the olive oil, minced garlic, Easy Onion, cumin, and salt to the whipped tahini and lemon juice. Process for 30 seconds, scrape the bowl and process again for 30 seconds.
Open and drain the chickpeas.
Add half of the chickpeas to the food processor and process for 1 minute. Scrap bowl and then add remaining chickpeas. Process until smooth. About 1-2 minutes.
Drizzle with olive oil, paprika and parsley for garnish.
