Easy Onion Souffle

Don’t let the word souffle scare you! This recipe is delicious and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, yolk separated
  • 2 cups Spice World Easy Onion*
  • 1/3 cup fine breadcrumbs (or matzo meal)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or canola oil)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

*at least two 9.5oz bottles, or one 20oz bottle required

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 350°F
  • In a large bowl, beat yolks with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add Spice World Easy Onion alongside the breadcrumbs (or matzo meal), oil and seasonings and mix well until incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites on high until they become foamy and frothy; then carefully fold into onion mixture. Pour the mixture into your preferred baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
