Fire Roasted Beef Fajitas

  • 8 lbs of beef strip loin
  • 1 jar of Spice World Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita
  • 1 whole red onion
  • ½ cup Spice World Ready-to-Use Chopped Easy Onion
  • 1 whole red pepper
  • 1 whole green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp of salt
  • 1 Tbsp of pepper

  • Rub the beef strip loin with salt and pepper and bake at 375° for about 45 minutes until medium-well or it reaches an internal temperature of 150°.
  • Remove from the oven and let the meat rest.
  • Dice all the vegetables into long, thin strips and sauté them in extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add in the beef strips and Spice World Sizzlin’ Fire Roasted Fajita, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy alongside rice, tortillas, and any of your favorite sides!
