Garlic and Honey Tea

Although Garlic Tea may sound unusual to some, it is used in many cultures to help combat the effects of the common cold and boost immunity. Garlic has many health benefits and packs a nutrient-dense punch that may be just what you need to get on the up-and-up again.

  • 2 cups of water 
  • 2 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic 
  • ¼ cup honey 
  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • Using the side of a knife, crush your Spice World Fresh Garlic cloves and remove the skin. 
  • Add cloves to a pot, cover with water, and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. 
  • Add honey and lemon juice, mixing well. 
  • Enjoy warm.
