Garlic Baked Croutons

Nothing is better for salads than homemade croutons! Just follow this recipe to make the best-tasting bites for any salad you’re serving. Real garlic gives a real flavor to these tasty bites.

  • 1 loaf of day-old bread (either French, Italian, or Sourdough), cubed into ¾” pieces. Leave the bread out overnight for perfect consistency
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • Spice World Garlic
    4 Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
    4 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
    12 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
    12 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp seasoning Salt

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Mix all ingredients, except bread. Taste seasonings before spreading over bread.
  • Drizzle the butter mixture over cubed bread.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, tossing halfway through, or until the croutons are golden brown.
