Preheat oven to 400°F. Prep a nonstick baking dish.
For the Garlic Bread
To make the stuffing, cube the French bread. Melt half the Garlic Butter and pour over top of bread to coat evenly. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the bread is toasted.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt remaining Garlic Butter. Add in the onion and celery and sauté until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in sage and thyme. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, chicken broth, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add to the bowl the sautéed onion and celery mixture and cubed garlic bread, and toss until everything is coated evenly.
Pour the ingredients into the baking dish and place it in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm!
