Ingredients

For the Garlic Bread

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 5 oz softened Garlic Butter

For the Stuffing

  • Spice World Easy Onion
  • 1½ cup diced celery
  • 5 oz softened Garlic Butter, divided
  • 1 Tbsp dried sage
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • *½ cup = 1 medium onion

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Prep a nonstick baking dish.
  3. For the Garlic Bread
  4. To make the stuffing, cube the French bread. Melt half the Garlic Butter and pour over top of bread to coat evenly. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the bread is toasted.
  5. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt remaining Garlic Butter. Add in the onion and celery and sauté until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in sage and thyme. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, chicken broth, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add to the bowl the sautéed onion and celery mixture and cubed garlic bread, and toss until everything is coated evenly.
  7. Pour the ingredients into the baking dish and place it in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm!
