Garlic & Lemon Dill Salmon

Make this marinade the day before you want to serve this dish so the flavors have time to meld. Once you take the salmon off the grill, DO heat the rest of this marinade for those who want even more punch on their plates!

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Spice World Garlic
    ¼ cup Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
    ¼ cup Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
    24 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
    24 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • Fresh ground black pepper & sea salt, to taste

  • Combine all ingredients and rub ½ of the mixture onto steaks and marinate overnight or at least 4 hours. Grill steaks over high heat, watching to avoid large flames, and cook them medium-rare. Brown on both sides.
  • Let them sit to allow the juices to redistribute, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Warm the remaining marinade or sauce and serve over steaks.
