  • 16 oz artisan bread loaf
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Spice World Garlic
    3 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
    3 tsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
    6 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, finely minced or
    6 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, finely minced
  • ½ cup parsley, finely minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup parmesan, shredded
  • ½ cup mozzarella, shredded


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Cut a grid in the loaf, making cuts through the bread and stopping before you reach the bottom crust. Place the loaf on a sheet pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix until combined and evenly drizzle this garlic-herb oil into the cuts of the bread. Follow with the combined cheese mixture.
  • Bake the bread for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
