Ingredients

  • Spice World Garlic
  • 4.5 lbs red potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 Tbsp salted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups milk
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, place diced potatoes and cover with water. Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and set them aside.
  2. In the same pot over medium heat, add salted butter and Spice World Minced Garlic. Allow butter to melt and sauté garlic for a couple minutes, until fragrant. Add the potatoes back into the pot and mash.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and add in the cream cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mash until the cream cheese is melted, and stir in milk until the potatoes reach your desired consistency.
