Ginger Grilled Chicken Thighs

You’ll want to form a single file line for these maddeningly delicious chicken thighs. This sweet and savory combination of honey, ginger, and soy sauce will complete any beautiful summer meal.

  • 8 chicken thighs, skinless
  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • Spice World Ginger
    2 Tbsp Spice World Squeeze Ginger
    2 Tbsp Ready-to-Use Jar Ginger
  • Spice World Garlic
    3 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
    3 tsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
    6 garlic cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
    6 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
  • Black pepper, to taste

  • In a large zip-top bag, combine the sesame oil, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken to the bag, ensuring each piece is well coated in the marinade, and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
