8 chicken thighs, skinless
4 tsp sesame oil
½ lemon, juiced
3 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp soy sauce
Spice World Ginger
2 Tbsp Spice World Squeeze Ginger
2 Tbsp Ready-to-Use Jar Ginger, or
½” root of Spice World Fresh Ginger, minced
Spice World Garlic
3 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
3 tsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
6 garlic cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or

In a large zip top bag, combine the sesame oil, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
Add chicken in the bag, ensuring each piece is well-coated in the marinade and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
While preheating your grill to medium-low, let the marinated chicken come to room temperature.
Grill the chicken for approximately 8 minutes on each side, making sure they are nice and brown on the outside and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Once cooked, let them rest for a couple minutes and serve!
