Ginger Pork

This ginger pork packs a ton of sweet, punchy flavors. The honey, Sriracha, and ginger complement one another, making this a flavorful dinner the family is sure to love.

  1. In a small bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, and rice wine vinegar.
  2. In a skillet, heat up canola oil over medium heat and add boneless pork loin strips. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and set aside once cooked.
  3. In the same skillet, add Spice World Garlic and Spice World Ginger and heat up until fragrant. Bring the heat up to high and add in the sauce mixture. Once the sauce starts to boil, toss the pork strips back in to coat and allow the sauce to reduce to a thick glaze.
