Grilled Garlic Shrimp

Garlic, lemon juice and oil are the basics for almost all seafood dishes. This is a great way to get healthy results from your grill. Just remember: it won’t take long at all for even jumbo shrimp to cook through.

  • 2 lbs jumbo shrimp
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Spice World Garlic
    1-1/2 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
    1-1/2 tsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
    3 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
    3 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Place shrimp in a glass bowl.
  • Stir remaining ingredients together; pour over shrimp. Cover and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Grill over hot coals for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
