Hashbrown Breakfast Skillet

This sizzling Hashbrown Breakfast Skillet is sure to wake up those taste buds with some Spice World flavor. It’s savory, cheesy, and sure to be a winner at any breakfast or brunch. Now that’s what you call a breakfast of champions!

  • 12 strips (¾ package) of bacon strips, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp Spice World Easy Onion
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 package shredded hashbrowns (20 oz.)
  • 5–6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Salt

  • Add chopped bacon to a large pan over medium heat, allowing it to cook for 3 minutes or until the bacon begins releasing fat.
  • Stir in green pepper and Spice World Easy Onion, seasoning with salt and pepper. Continue cooking the mixture for an additional 4-5 minutes until the pepper is soft and the bacon begins to crisp.
  • Discard half the bacon grease, then stir in the hashbrowns.
  • Cook hashbrowns uncovered for 7–10 minutes until the bottom begins to turn golden. Flip hashbrowns
  • Make 5–6 holes in the hashbrowns, then break an egg into each space. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Cover the pan and cook on low for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Uncover and remove from heat. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
  • Serve!
