This silky-smooth hummus features garlic and pairs perfectly with the pita bread you made for the party. Keep an eye on this one or it’ll be gone quick!

Ingredients
12 oz. can chickpeas
2 cups water
Spice World Garlic
2 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or
2 tsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or
4 garlic cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or
4 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
In the Instant Pot, pour in chickpeas and water. Let cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes, then release.
Strain chickpeas, but reserve water from the pot.
Add warm chickpeas to a food processor and pulse with garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Season with salt to taste. If too salty, add more acidity to balance.
You may need to add 2-3 tablespoons of reserved water to make it smooth and creamy. Serve with pita bread.
