Instructions
Rub 6.5 oz Spice World Viva! Italian Herb & Garlic Seasoning Blend all over the ribeye.
Cover the ribeye and refrigerate for 12+ hours.
Before roasting, dust off the remaining rub & use your seasoning mix afterward.
Preheat oven to 350°
Try to place the meat in the middle of your oven. Once a golden crust or char appears, place foil over the ribeye.
Cook for 45–80 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°.
