Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium-high heat, drizzle in vegetable oil. Move the pan in a motion that allows the oil to coat it evenly.
  2. Add jasmine rice.
  3. Stir frequently and add Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic and Spice World Easy Onion. Stay by the oven; you do not want to burn the rice.
  4. Fry until slightly brown, being careful to move the pan away from the heat as needed while stirring.
  5. Add broth and salsa.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Turn the heat to low and simmer with the lid on.
  8. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
  9. Fluff rice and serve.
