Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel, pit, and chop avocado. Drain and rinse black beans. Add to bowl of food processor: avocado, beans, salt, oats, syrup, vanilla, oil, instant espresso, cocoa powder, baking powder, and ginger; pulse until smooth.
Coat 9-inch square baking dish with spray. Spoon batter into dish; sprinkle top with chocolate morsels. Bake 25–30 minutes until center is set. Remove from oven and set aside 30 minutes to cool. Cut into squares; serve.
