One-Pan Garlic Chicken and Veggies

Life throws a lot at you, but Spice World gives you time for flavor. This quick and easy garlic butter chicken will be on your table in less than 20 minutes thanks to our ready-to-use minced garlic!

  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp butter, divided
  • 5 cloves Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic
  • 2 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup onion, sliced
  • ¼ cups chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp crushed pepper
  • Parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Lemon, sliced for garnish

  • Cut chicken breasts in half, horizontally, to make 4 pieces.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Over medium-high heat, add olive oil in a large skillet. Melt 2 Tbsp of butter and add chicken breasts. Allow the chicken to cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Remove chicken breasts from the pan and add the remaining 2 Tbsp butter, Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, Italian seasoning, and crushed pepper flakes. Stir until the garlic is fragrant, and add the broccoli, bell peppers, onion, chicken stock, and lemon juice to the pan. Cook the vegetables for 2–3 minutes or until tender.
  • Return the chicken to the pan, garnish with parsley and a sliced lemon, and serve!
