Cut chicken breasts in half, horizontally, to make 4 pieces.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Over medium-high heat, add olive oil in a large skillet. Melt 2 Tbsp of butter and add chicken breasts. Allow the chicken to cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken breasts from the pan and add the remaining 2 Tbsp butter, Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, Italian seasoning, and crushed pepper flakes. Stir until the garlic is fragrant, and add the broccoli, bell peppers, onion, chicken stock, and lemon juice to the pan. Cook the vegetables for 2–3 minutes or until tender.
Return the chicken to the pan, garnish with parsley and a sliced lemon, and serve!
