Spice World Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Spice World Squeezable Ginger
12 oz frozen cranberries
Zest and juice of 1 orange
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine Spice World Squeezable Ginger, cranberries, orange zest and juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
