Pepper Jelly Glaze Drizzle

Created in partnership with Orlando Pride, this Pepper Jelly Glaze Drizzle is so tasty and comes together quick with a Spice World kick! Sweet, tangy, and a little bit spicy, this glaze is sure to elevate your favorite meals with a burst of flavor on everything from charcuterie boards to wings!

  • 1 ½ Cup red sweet mini pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup yellow sweet mini pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 ¼ Cup green bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/3 Cup seeded Jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup apple cider vinegar
  • 5 Cups granulated sugar
  • 2 oz flavorless gelatin
  • 12 oz Spice World Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch

  • Add red, finely chopped sweet mini peppers, yellow sweet mini peppers, green bell peppers, and jalapeno to a large saucepan over high heat.
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar and flavorless gelatin powder.
  • Stir constantly, bringing it to a rolling boil. Remove from heat.
  • Add sugar and Spice World Kickin’ Chili Onion Crunch and place back on high heat.
  • Return to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
  • Let it set at room temperature until the mixture is at room temperature. Once cooled, store in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve as a dip or topping.
