Ingredients

  • Spice World Garlic
  • 5 roasted red bell peppers
  • 12 oz Montrachet chèvre goat cheese
  • 6 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. To roast garlic, drizzle olive oil over Spice World Garlic bulbs, wrap with aluminum foil, and bake for 12 minutes in a 350°F oven. Allow the garlic to cool and remove the peel.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the roasted garlic and red peppers until medium coarse. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until blended.
