Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette

This Italian inspired vinaigrette has depths of flavor like no other. With the addition of roasted garlic, the mild, slightly sweet and nutty flavors are sure to elevate your salads.

  • Spice World Garlic
    10 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic or
    10 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp water

  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F
  • Place the garlic cloves in the center of an aluminum foil sheet, drizzle with oil, and wrap up the garlic until completely covered.
  • Place the foil-wrapped garlic cloves into the air fryer basket, making sure the foil is not above the maximum line in order to avoid touching the heating element. Air fry for 30 minutes.
  • In a blender, combine the roasted garlic cloves, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, mustard, water, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, use immediately, or store in the fridge until needed.
