Roasted Root Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. root vegetables of your choice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Spice World Minced Ginger or Spice World Squeezable Ginger

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  • For every four pounds of chopped root vegetables, mix 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup Spice World Minced Ginger or Spice World Squeezable Ginger, and salt to taste
  • Coat root vegetables thoroughly
  • Roast 30-40 minutes or until desired doneness, shaking vegetables halfway through
