Roasted Root Vegetables

  • 4 lbs. root vegetables of your choice
  • cup olive oil
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup Spice World Minced Ginger or Spice World Squeezable Ginger

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  • For every four pounds of chopped root vegetables, mix cup olive oil, cup honey, ¼ cup Spice World Minced Ginger or Spice World Squeezable Ginger, and salt to taste
  • Coat root vegetables thoroughly
  • Roast for 30–40 minutes or until desired doneness, shaking vegetables halfway through
