Dice tomatoes into about a quarter-inch cubes, and coarsely chop parsley and almonds, combining into a large bowl. Add Spice World Squeezable Garlic and red pepper flakes.
Coat the mixture with olive oil and red wine vinegar; toss to combine.
Season to taste; if it’s too acidic, you can season it with a little salt, and vice versa. You can only adjust so much, however.
