Salbitxada Salsa

Enjoy this flavorful salsa on toast points or with your favorite grilled meats. Either way, your guests will love the bright and flavorful taste.

Ingredients

  • Spice World Garlic
  • ½ cup toasted almonds
  • 4 plum tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Dice tomatoes into about a quarter inch cubes, and coarsely chop parsley and almonds, combining into a large bowl. Add Spice World Squeezable Garlic and red pepper flakes.
  2. Coat the mixture with olive oil and red wine vinegar; toss to combine.
  3. Season to taste; if it's too acidic, you can season it with a little salt, and vice versa. You can only adjust so much, however.
