This Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Salmon is the perfect dish for a fish-filled feast! Not only is it simple to make, but it’s likely to melt in your mouth with a garlicky butter glaze—especially when you use Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic.

Ingredients
Salmon
Spice World Garlic (choose one)
1 Tbsp
Spice World Ready-to-Use Garlic
1 Tbsp
Spice World Diced Garlic
1 (2 lb) whole salmon
½ lb fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic Butter Sauce
Spice World Garlic
1 ¼ Tbsp
Spice World Ready-to-Use Garlic
½ cup of butter, melted
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and oil a baking sheet.
To make the Garlic Butter Sauce, whisk together the butter, lemon juice, Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set the mixture aside.
In a separate bowl, sprinkle green beans with olive oil and Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the whole salmon and fresh green beans in a single layer on the oiled baking sheet.
Take the garlic butter mixture and spread it over the salmon. Place in the oven and bake for 17 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
