Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Salmon

This Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Salmon is the perfect dish for a fish-filled feast! Not only is it simple to make, but it’s likely to melt in your mouth with a garlicky butter glaze—especially when you use Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon, whole
  • ½ lb fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped oregano 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • ½ cup of butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 ¼  Tbsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic
  • ½ tsp thyme, dried
  • ½ tsp rosemary, dried

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and oil a baking sheet. 
  • To make the Garlic Butter Sauce, whisk together the butter, lemon juice, Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set the mixture aside.
  • In a separate bowl, sprinkle green beans with olive oil and Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put the whole salmon and fresh green beans in a single layer on the oiled baking sheet. 
  • Take the garlic butter mixture and spread it over the salmon. Place in the oven and bake for 17 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
