Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 ½ cup bell peppers, chopped
  • ½ cup tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 10 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 jar Spice World Global Flavors™ Aloha! Habanero Pineapple Mango Cooking & Seasoning Blend
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with lime juice and allow to sit until shrimp cooks and turns pink.
  • Once cooked, add in the chopped bell peppers, tomatoes, red onion, Spice World Global Flavors™ Aloha! Habanero Pineapple Mango, cilantro, olive oil, and salt. Gently toss to coat and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. Serve chilled.
