Shrimp Ceviche

Our Shrimp Ceviche is so good, it cooks itself. Pour yourself a cold one, open a jar of Spice World Aloha! Habanero Pineapple Mango Seasoning Blend and watch the flavors in this dish come alive! Chop to it!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 ½ cup bell peppers, chopped
  • ½ cup tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 10 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 jar Spice World Aloha! Habanero Pineapple Mango Seasoning Blend
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with lime juice and allow to sit until shrimp cooks and turns pink.
  • Once cooked, add in the chopped bell peppers, tomatoes, red onion, Spice World Aloha! Habanero Pineapple Mango, cilantro, olive oil, and salt. Gently toss to coat and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. Serve chilled.
