Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cut into bite-size pieces
1 ½ cup bell peppers, chopped
½ cup tomatoes chopped
¼ cup red onion, diced
10 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 jar Spice World Global Flavors™ Aloha! Habanero Pineapple Mango Cooking & Seasoning Blend
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
½ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp salt
Instructions
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with lime juice and allow to sit until shrimp cooks and turns pink.
Once cooked, add in the chopped bell peppers, tomatoes, red onion, Spice World Global Flavors™ Aloha! Habanero Pineapple Mango, cilantro, olive oil, and salt. Gently toss to coat and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. Serve chilled.
