This tender, garlicky chicken dish is slow-cooked to perfection with a good chance to melt in your mouth. It’s the perfect comfort food with a flavorful Spice World twist—not to mention how good your kitchen is going to smell!
Season chicken with basil, paprika, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Add 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken, skin-side down, and sear both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
Halve or quarter baby red potatoes (depending on size), add remaining 2 Tbsp olive oil, Spice World Organic Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic, thyme, salt, pepper and toss. Add to the slow cooker.
Add chicken to the slow cooker in an even layer on top of your potatoes..
Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese and parsley and enjoy!
