1 pound fresh pizza dough, divided
3 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
8 ounces fresh Mozzarella, torn
½ cup halved sun dried tomatoes
½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
½ cup halved Sicilian olives
¼ cup Spice World Global Flavors™ Viva! Italian Herb & Garlic Cooking & Seasoning Blend
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425°. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
Using your hands, lightly dusted in flour, stretch half the dough rotating in a circle until the dough reaches about 10-inches in diameter. Place dough onto one of the prepared pans. Repeat step with the other piece of dough.
Brush each piece of dough evenly with olive oil. Top with mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, tomatoes and olives. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes and top with Spice World Global Flavors™ Viva! Italian Herb & Garlic Cooking & Seasoning Blend, basil leaves and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
