Sun Dried Tomato Flatbread

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic
  • 1 lb fresh pizza dough, divided
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn
  • ½ cup halved sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup halved Sicilian olives
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Using your hands, lightly dusted in flour, stretch half the dough, rotating in a circle, until the dough reaches about 10 inches in diameter. Place the dough on one of the prepared pans. Repeat the step with the other piece of dough.
  3. Brush each piece of dough evenly with olive oil. Top with mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes, and top with Spice World Italian Herb & Garlic, basil leaves and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
