Sun Dried Tomato Flatbread

  • 1 pound fresh pizza dough, divided
  • 3 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces fresh Mozzarella, torn
  • ½ cup halved sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup halved Sicilian olives
  • ¼ cup Spice World Viva! Italian Herb & Garlic Seasoning Blend
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 425°. Line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using your hands, lightly dusted in flour, stretch half the dough, rotating in a circle, until the dough reaches about 10 inches in diameter. Place the dough on one of the prepared pans. Repeat the step with the other piece of dough.
  • Brush each piece of dough evenly with olive oil. Top with mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, tomatoes, and olives. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes, and top with Spice World Viva! Italian Herb & Garlic Seasoning Blend, basil leaves and parmesan. Serve immediately.
