Sun Dried Tomato Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh pizza dough, divided
  • 3 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces fresh Mozzarella, torn
  • ½ cup halved sun dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup halved Sicilian olives
  • ¼ cup Spice World Viva! Italian Herb & Garlic Seasoning Blend
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using your hands, lightly dusted in flour, stretch half the dough rotating in a circle until the dough reaches about 10-inches in diameter. Place dough onto one of the prepared pans. Repeat step with the other piece of dough.
  • Brush each piece of dough evenly with olive oil. Top with mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, tomatoes and olives. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes and top with Spice World Viva! Italian Herb & Garlic Seasoning Blend, basil leaves and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
