Real garlic brings brightness to this flavorful dip that goes with crackers or toast points. This can also be a great dip for French fries or chicken fingers.

Ingredients
4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes
¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh parsley, packed
Spice World Garlic
8 tsp Spice World Ready-to-Use Minced Garlic or 8 tsp Spice World Squeezable Garlic or 16 cloves Spice World Peeled Garlic, minced or 16 cloves Spice World Fresh Garlic, minced
Soften the tomatoes in boiling water for one minute, making sure to boil water first before placing. Drain and wring dry with a paper towel. Combine tomatoes, oil, parsley, cheese, and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Serve with crackers or bread.
